Crow and Sierra Ashevaili Rottman. In the rolling waves and frothing tides of the Vodyanoy Nations, the Usozoa Zoku which inspired the more ancient Owa are remembered as the antediluvian guardians of the ocean. From the misty waters of the northern deep, these beings of wonder and mystery, communicate with water through vibrations and to their kind by means of bioluminescence, offering a connection to the sea that is unique and almost unbreakable.

Their legacy is etched in the annals of Caligo's history (The world that Lunora takes place on) for they were instrumental in shaping the very first civilizations, serving as steadfast protectors of the Flask of Eternity, and as wardens against the malevolent beings that lurked in the depths.

These creatures, inspired by the sea's inhabitants such as squids and sea jellies, and ancient mythologies, possess a rich history and heritage, intertwined with the ocean and its tides. Now it is with great joy that we announce that this ancient and mighty species, the Usozoa Zoku, though amazing, are not exactly our mascot, but the descendent of something far more representative of our multiverse, the Otherverse.

Yet, by understanding the current mystery and wonder that is the Usozoa Zoku are, we learn more about the past and the whispered call of the Owa...

The Usozoa Zoku, the guardians of the ocean, faced a great challenge in the War of the Black Sun. During the war, one of the three Usozoa Queens encountered a truth so terrible that it changed the course of their history forever.

It was in this moment that the world learned of the Owa, the mysterious beings that roam the fifth dimension, and their connection to the Usozoa. The knowledge of this truth led to the Usozoa disappearing during the Great Calamity, entering a period known as the Age of Silence. Little is known of what happened during this time, but their legacy endured, waiting for their return.

A connection to something predating light, something etched in the annals of not just Caligo's history, but the entire Otherverse.
